LEAP for Families
Lifelong Eating and Activity Patterns
- A family-based nutrition education program
- Appropriate for children 8-14 years old
- 6 weeks, 2 hour classes
- Child and parent guidebooks
- Family interaction and separate adult and child groups
Nutrition Education for Families
Direct services are available for families that need help improving their eating, physical activity and lifestyle habits. Services for Butte County residents ages 0-5 are FREE and available for those 6-18 years of age (price depends on insurance but available at low cost for Medical and Healthy Families).
