Heart Healthy Veggie Dishes
- 2 cups cooked winter squash (can also be frozen)
- 1 tsp soft light margarine
- 2 Tbsp reduced calorie pancake syrup
- Pinch apple pie spice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients in medium-sized casserole dish. Cover and bake until hot, about 25 minutes. Serve hot with a light sprinkling of apple pie spice on top.

- Place all ingredients into a microwavable casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high until broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes.
